Mr. James Mahoney practices primarily in the area of real estate including the creation of real estate and related agreements. The other half of his time is devoted to litigation and dispute resolution, including disputes relating to contract, real estate, and corporate matters. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association and practices maritime law. James also acts as a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court and as a private mediator in commercial matters. He is admitted to practice in California and is a resident of our Los Angeles office.
